You can also call with any questions or concerns in reference to an offender, by contacting the Delaware Department of Correction Victims Unit at 1-302-857-5440; Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. For questions concerning the operation of the Delaware VINE System, please call DELJIS at 1-866-751-5327 and ask for the Program Coordinator. The hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 4:30.
