FT Domestic Violence Advocate for SAFE- full-time position to work with adult and children victims of domestic violence in Sussex County. Duties include, safety planning, providing resources, transporting victims to appointments relative to meet their needs, assisting victims in filing for protection and attend hearings, helping vicitms develop goals in order to work towards individual empowerment within a shelter environment. Associates degree in Human Services or related field or equivalent experience and training.

FT Case Manager for SAFE- full-time position in Sussex County providing comprehensive case management services to families and individuals affected by domestic violence living in shelters and in the community. Associates degree in Human Services or related field or equivalent experience or training required. Work experience/training in field of domestic violence a plus. Duties include developing case plans with the clients and establishing goals based on the clients needs. Must be able to work independently and make appropriate referrals to local resources. Must pass all required background checks and have a good driving record.

FT Direct Care Staff/Shift Supervisor for Non-Secure Detention- full-time position available for 4pm- 12am shift. Must be a dedicated and a flexible individual to help guide and teach social and life skills to girls and boys ages 8 -19 years. Experience with youth a plus. Must have a good driving record and pass required checks.

PT Domestic Violence Support Staff for Abriendo Puertas Program a domestic violence shelter. Must be able to work: nights, weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include working with adult and children survivors of domestic violence in a shelter facility, answering a 24-hour domestic violence hotline, ensuring there is a safe and non-violent environment for residents of the shelter, providing support services to residents and children. Must be bilingual and bicultural.

PT Direct Care Staff for Group Homes in Milford and Townsend. Positions available on all shifts. Must be at least 21 yrs old, dedicated and a flexible individual to help guide and teach social and life skills to girls and boys 12-18 yrs. Experience with youth a plus. Must pass all required checks and have a good driving record.

PT Direct Care Staff for Non-Secure Detention- Position available for the midnight to 8:00a.m. shift working 8 to 16 hours a week. Must be at least 21 years old, a dedicated and flexible individual to help guide and teach social and life skills to girls and boys ages 8-19 yrs. Experience with youth a plus.

PSYCHIATRIST for Counseling Centers- FT or PT for a full service outpatient clinic located in Milford, DE. Must be willing to see children, adolescents and adults. Must have completed at least one rotation in children and adolescents. Requires the ability and desire to work as a member of a clinical team. We are certified as a J-1 waiver site.
