Explanation of Fee Structure, Sliding Fee Scale, Etc.
Most major insurance companies are accepted including Medicaid (Delaware Physicians Care Inc., Diamond State Partners, and Unison), Medicare, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Coventry, and Mid-Atlantic.
Health Insurance: Most of the time, even if you have insurance coverage, there will be some out-of-pocket expense for you in the form of a co-payment or deductible.
Medicaid: If you have Medicaid, there is no out-of-pocket expense for you.
Uninsured: Our sliding fee scale is based on your income and family size. You will have a financial responsibility for services. This will be discussed with you in advance so that we have a mutually agreed upon amount.
